Here’s who we are:
Jodie Cox – Founder & Director, Transitions Solutions
Jodie has managed supported accommodation for over 10 years and helped grow Transitions Supported Living into a respected, high-standard service. She holds a Level 7 in Leadership and Management and is known for her work in exploitation management, risk reduction, and engaging hard-to-reach young people. She has also created accredited life skills programmes (TIPS) and launched Transitions Solutions to help other providers strengthen compliance, leadership, and outcomes for young people.
Ginna Cox – Founder, Transitions Supported Living
Ginna created Transitions Supported Living in 2013 and has over 25 years’ experience as a qualified social worker. She has been a Team Manager in children’s services, a Best Interest Assessor, and has delivered pioneering work in safeguarding, substance misuse, and mental health services. Today, alongside Transitions, Ginna is also developing a wellbeing retreat in Portugal, combining her expertise in social care with a passion for resilience and recovery.
Dr Cathal Lynch – Safeguarding Consultant
Cathal is a registered social worker with a PhD in radicalisation and safeguarding. He has worked across children’s and adult services and specialises in Prevent, exploitation, and risk management. He brings both academic depth and frontline experience, helping providers strengthen safeguarding practice and compliance.
Chaz Fox – Substance Misuse Specialist
Chaz has 30 years’ experience in drug and alcohol services, supporting young people, adults, and families across community projects, residential services, and supported living. Known for high-impact interventions and relapse prevention, he also delivers staff training in substance misuse awareness and de-escalation (Team Teach).
